Privacy Notice Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
Karaman Technopark (“Technopark”), acting as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), processes your personal data within the scope described below.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to your communication and application requests, carrying out services and processes within Teknopark, ensuring information security, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving the website.

Your data is processed based on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK): where explicitly provided for by law; to fulfill a legal obligation; where necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract; and, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, based on our legitimate interests; In cases not falling under these categories, your data is processed based on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations, as well as to hosting and IT infrastructure providers from whom we receive services, in compliance with the security measures set forth in the KVKK. Your data will be transferred abroad only if the conditions specified in Article 9 of the KVKK are met.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and for the statute of limitations periods stipulated in relevant legislation; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request the correction of incomplete or incorrect data; to request its erasure or destruction; request that these actions be communicated to the third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to a decision made solely through automated systems that results in a negative outcome for you, and claim compensation if you suffer any damage.
