Sadre Food R&D Consulting Ltd.,
is an R&D-focused technology company established within Karaman Technopark with support from TÜBİTAK by faculty members of the Department of Food Engineering at Karaman Mehmetbey University. Conducting innovative research in the fields of food technologies and functional food products, the company transforms its scientific expertise into value-added products. The “Domestic Functional Gluten-Free Pasta” project, supported under the TÜBİTAK 1512 Individual Young Entrepreneurs (BİGG) Program, the company has commercialized functional gluten-free pasta produced entirely from locally sourced legume flours and vegetable purees. In addition, the company continues to develop healthy and innovative food solutions by carrying out R&D, production, and product development activities focused on chicory coffee, olive oil, and functional food products.
